Here at You Matter More, our mission is to spark a much-needed change in the performing arts industry. We are running out of time to turn a blind eye to unsafe practices, unqualified teaching, and the burnout culture that has become the norm. Performing is meant to uplift, inspire, and connect—not to harm or exploit.
We are here to empower performers, parents, teachers, and studio owners to demand better—for themselves, their students, and the future of this industry. By providing tools, education, and support, we aim to create a world where creativity thrives, safety is prioritised, and people are valued for more than their performance.
The time for change is now. Let’s build a future where performers train in environments that honour their physical and mental health, teachers are held to higher standards, parents feel confident in their choices, and studios become places of genuine growth and connection.

MEET YOUR FOUNDER
Tiana Costanzo, Founder of You Matter More, brings over a decade of experience in dance, creativity, and leadership to her work. Having grown up in a family deeply rooted in business and education, Tiana has seamlessly combined her passion for the performing arts industry with a strong foundation in management and mentorship.
Her journey began as a teacher and administrator at her parents' dance studio, where she led national competition troupes to success. Tiana’s career has taken her across Australia and the globe, performing in prestigious productions like West Side Story with Opera Australia and The Masked Singer (Seasons 4 & 5). She’s also trained internationally, including a scholarship to the Joffrey Ballet School in New York City, where she worked alongside Broadway stars within in their Musical Theatre Program.
As an advocate for redefining success in the performing arts industry, Tiana integrates mindset coaching into her teaching. She strives to create a nurturing environment that prioritises mental health, self-discovery, and resilience. Guided by her mentors Tash Marconi, Dijana Djukic and Sarah Ruby Leffley, Tiana has cultivated an approach that empowers aspiring performers and educators to unlock their potential while addressing the industry's challenges, including over-sexualization and trauma.
Tiana's mission is clear: to inspire a generation of performers and leaders to embrace love, discipline, and authenticity. Through You Matter More, she’s creating lasting change by fostering a supportive community that values growth, creativity, and compassion.
